As an Ad Operations Manager, you are a central point of contact for technical issues and ensure problems are resolved efficiently and campaigns are delivered reliably.
Your focus is on supporting our clients and ensuring stable setups and processes.
You handle technical inquiries and issues escalated from 1st
or 2nd-level support, analyze root causes, and work on long-term solutions.
In Google Ad Manager you review setups, identify sources of errors, and support stable and clean campaign delivery.
Via the JIRA ticketing system you support our clients with technical expertise, clear communication, and a strong understanding of their requirements, ensuring solution-focused and service-oriented support.
You work closely with other teams such as Product Management and Quality Assurance to resolve issues efficiently and improve processes.
You document support processes, solutions, and best practices to ensure knowledge remains accessible within the team.
Requirements
You have a background in media design, computer science, or a comparable field and are comfortable in technical environments.
You are familiar with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and have a solid understanding of website integrations.
You have experience in the AdTech environment and ideally are familiar with technologies such as Prebid, Amazon APS, or Open Bidding.
You are confident working with Google Ad Manager and ideally have exposure to platforms like Xandr, Equativ, Outbrain, or DV360.
You routinely use browser tools for error analysis and work in a structured, solution-oriented, and service-minded way.
You communicate confidently in German (native) and English (at least B2) and have a good knack for explaining technical topics clearly.
