Develop and oversee workplace operations strategies, policies, and procedures
Lead day-to-day office operations ensuring a consistent, high-quality employee experience
Forecast operational needs, budget for supplies and services, and manage vendor contracts
Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and cost effectiveness
Partner cross-functionally (with Sales, Marketing, IT, People, Talent Acquisition, Accounting, etc.) to execute seamless events and processes
Ensure the accuracy and security of administrative records, access systems, and logs
Build strong partnerships with building management, security, vendors, and leadership teams to align operational priorities and processes
Help ensure operational compliance with safety standards, emergency procedures, and building protocols
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field required, Master's degree is a plus
5+ years of operational experience required
Home health, home care, or hospice experience preferred
Software industry experience preferred
In-depth knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including finance, customer service, employee management, etc.
Proven ability to plan and manage operational process for maximum efficiency and productivity
Demonstrate the ability to solve problems and anticipate customer needs
Strong oral and written communication skills
Demonstrable proficiency with Microsoft Suite
Desire and ability to work effectively in an entrepreneurial and dynamic environment
Demonstrate the ability to organize, set and implement priorities and manage multiple tasks
Strong interpersonal and professional skills
Ability to work in our Dallas office as this is not a remote role.
