About this role
Role Overview
- Ensure campaigns run technically flawlessly and are implemented cleanly
- Act as the interface between Tech, Product, Account Management and Publishers
- Provide 3rd-level support and campaign management
- Implement integrations, analyze error sources and find pragmatic solutions
- Review and optimize setups in Google Ad Manager, identifying potential issues early
- Support clients via the JIRA ticketing system with technical expertise
- Document processes, solutions and best practices
Requirements
- Several years of experience in technical support or Ad Operations within the digital AdTech environment
- Degree in Media Design, Computer Science, IT or a comparable field
- German at native level
- Confident in English, spoken and written (min. B2)
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript, and a deep technical understanding of website integrations
- Solid knowledge of Prebid, Amazon APS and Open Bidding, including implementation and troubleshooting
- Experience setting up, optimizing and managing campaigns as well as deal setup in Google Ad Manager, Microsoft/Xandr and Equativ
- Proficient in using Outbrain, DV360, SSP/DSP and similar ad-serving and campaign management systems
