AI & digital transformation — identifying opportunities, building roadmaps, and driving adoption across products and operations
M&A and post-merger integration — supporting deal evaluation, due diligence, and integration execution
Pricing and commercial strategy — developing frameworks and working with commercial teams to implement them
Operating model and organisational design — supporting structural changes as the group evolves
Other strategic priorities — as defined by the board and C-suite agenda at any given time

3+ years at a top-tier management consulting firm (MBB or equivalent)
Subsequent experience in a Tech, SaaS or AI business in a commercial or operational role is a meaningful plus
Demonstrated ability to move fluidly between strategic problem-framing and hands-on delivery
Strong communication skills and comfort engaging with senior stakeholders
Fluent in English; Scandinavian language a plus
