IT System Engineer – Infrastructure, Virtualization

Role Overview

• Take responsibility for customers' IT infrastructure solutions
• Help shape IT infrastructure through project work
• Support sales in the pre-sales phase
• Onboarding and integration within the team
• Design, implement, and maintain server, storage, backup, and virtualization solutions

Requirements

• University degree or vocational training as an IT specialist in system integration (Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration)
• Practical experience with server and storage solutions
• Virtualization with VMware and Hyper-V
• Backup in Microsoft Azure
• Experience with products from Lenovo, IBM, DELL EMC, NetApp, Nutanix, Rubrik, Veeam, VMware, or similar vendors
• Solution-oriented and independent working style
• Methodical and analytical approach to work
• Willingness to travel regionally
• Very good German language skills
• Strong customer orientation, communication skills, and organisational ability
