IT System Engineer – Infrastructure, Virtualization

Role Overview

• Take ownership of clients' IT infrastructure solutions
• Contribute to the design, implementation and maintenance of complex server, storage, backup, and virtualization solutions
• Support the sales team during the pre-sales phase
• Collaborate on the further development of existing and new infrastructure solutions

Requirements

• University degree or completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration
• Practical experience with server and storage solutions
• Virtualization experience with VMware and Hyper-V
• Backup experience with Veeam
• Experience with Nutanix AHV
• Experience with products from Lenovo, IBM, DELL EMC, NetApp, Nutanix, Rubrik, Veeam, VMware
• Solution-oriented with an independent and accountable working style
• Methodical, analytical and independent working approach
• Willingness to travel regionally
• Very good German language skills
• Strong customer orientation, communication skills and organizational ability
