Role Overview
- Advise managers and employees on all HR-related matters
- Ensure correct application and implementation of labor, tax and social security regulations
- Independently perform payroll processing for assigned locations in close coordination with financial accounting and external service providers
- Prepare employment contracts, certificates and references
- Maintain and further develop employee master data and HR processes
- Support HR projects (e.g., digitalization, onboarding of new entities, recruiting)
Requirements
- Completed commercial apprenticeship with additional HR qualification or a relevant degree
- Several years of professional experience in HR, ideally with a focus on payroll and social security
- Solid knowledge of wage tax law and social security regulations
- Confident user of MS Office and experience with common HR management and payroll systems
- Structured, reliable and independent working style
- Strong communication skills, team orientation and a high level of service focus
