Role Overview
- Managing national and international IT projects in the logistics environment
- Acting as the primary point of contact for the client
- Developing solutions for complex issues together with users
- Conducting workshops and training sessions
- Designing and implementing customer-specific data interfaces and reports
- Advising clients and preparing proposals for enhancement requests
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker), a degree in (business) computer science, or an equivalent qualification
- Some experience in consulting or (IT) project management
- Experience with databases (Oracle, SQL Server)
- Enthusiasm for complex software solutions
- Strong IT affinity and a customer-oriented mindset
- Business-level proficiency in German and English; French is a plus
- Willingness to travel occasionally
