Serve as Product Owner and subject matter expert for Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities, including: Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile (SMS/WhatsApp).
Define the marketing platform capabilities necessary to provide a personalized experience and manage the development of those platforms.
Partner with engineering, architecture, and enablement teams to ensure stable, scalable platform delivery.
Own the platform roadmap and Product Backlog; prioritize work based on business value, delivery readiness, and program commitments.
Act as the primary decision‑maker for backlog sequencing, scope trade‑offs, and feature readiness.
Translate business requirements into epics and features to form well‑defined user stories deliverable within a single sprint.
Establish and maintain standards such as Definition of Ready and Definition of Done to ensure consistent delivery quality.
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (daily standup, refinement, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience managing a Salesforce Marketing Cloud environment with hands‑on knowledge of core components.
Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Architect, or similar role.
Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
Experience partnering with support teams on defect management, change requests, and UAT coordination.
Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
