About this role
Role Overview
- Provide guidance and trusted support to managers and employees on all HR and labor law matters.
- Manage the full recruiting process, including onboarding of new employees.
- Prepare and follow up on payroll and coordinate with the accounting department.
- Conduct employee meetings, manage conflicts, and advise on labor law issues.
- Plan and implement training, development, and talent management initiatives.
- Execute HR projects, such as implementing new processes or improving existing workflows.
- Handle administrative HR tasks, including maintaining personnel files, preparing and managing employment contracts, and processing sick leave.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, company guidelines, and data protection regulations.
- Use and maintain HR systems and digital tools.
- Travel between locations as needed.
Requirements
- Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Several years of experience as an HR Generalist.
- Strong knowledge of German labor law.
- Experience in payroll preparation and follow-up is a plus.
- Independent, structured working style and ability to set priorities.
- Willingness to travel between locations.
