You develop technically well-founded solutions from the initial concept through to detailed design – for production halls, central warehouses and administrative buildings
You work interdisciplinarily with adjacent competence centers such as Production, Logistics & SCM
You lead project teams with both technical and commercial responsibility
You take on project management for complex, exciting and innovative industrial construction projects in phases 1–4 of the HOAI
You act as the primary point of contact for the client
You communicate reliably, precisely and purposefully with internal and external stakeholders
You actively contribute to the development of our Factory Planning Competence Center
Requirements
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Successfully completed technical, business administration or architecture degree
Ideally experienced with Autodesk Revit
Technical know-how and an understanding of functional relationships
Knowledge of project control/steering is an advantage
You question assumptions, have strong analytical abilities and an innovative, creative approach to problem solving
You demonstrate a confident presence, entrepreneurial thinking and a high level of team
and customer-orientation with strong commitment and readiness to contribute, as well as the flexibility and mobility required in consulting day-to-day
Strong communication skills in both German and English
Willingness to travel within Germany and across Europe
