As a highly experienced consultant and expert in Operations, you develop future-ready strategies and concepts for manufacturing companies that sustainably advance our globally operating clients
Leveraging your experience, you take responsibility for demanding consulting projects, lead project teams of varying sizes, and manage complex project content
At the same time, you ensure project success in close coordination with the respective client decision-makers and serve as the primary point of contact for clients
Maintaining existing client platforms and winning new clients and networks are part of your responsibilities, as is project acquisition
You contribute to the continuous development of our consulting methods and tools as well as the Competence Center Operations, and actively participate in shaping the entrepreneurial future of TMG Consultants

You hold an excellent degree in engineering or business administration (MBA or PhD preferred)
You have several years of consulting experience in a relevant firm
You possess outstanding project management and organizational skills as well as extensive experience in moderating and leading project teams
You have solid experience in acquiring new projects and clients and in developing consulting and service offerings
You demonstrate strong communication skills in both German and English
You work collaboratively with high commitment and drive within the team and ensure targeted knowledge and experience exchange
