About this role
Role Overview
Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
Act as a central point of coordination between the CEO, internal teams, suppliers, and clients
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO
Track key projects, follow up on action items, and ensure timely execution across departments
Manage confidential information with a high level of professionalism and discretion
Support operational and strategic initiatives by organizing workflows and improving processes
Handle documentation, contracts, and general business administration tasks
Anticipate the CEO’s needs and proactively address issues before they arise
Requirements
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
High level of initiative, accountability, and problem-solving ability
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace tools
Experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations is an advantage
Proactive and self-directed
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Strong sense of ownership and accountability
Able to handle pressure and shifting priorities
Professional, discreet, and trustworthy
