Role Overview
- Control the receipt, storage, and dispatch of tools and materials
- Coordinate calibration processes for specialized tools
- Support equipment disposal and documentation processes
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform periodic counts
- Receive and inspect PPE and materials to ensure quality and compliance
- Support administrative tasks such as reports and documentation control
- Safely handle materials and operate forklifts when required
- Fleet vehicle management: maintenance, documentation, tooling, etc.
Requirements
- High school diploma or technical education (or equivalent experience)
- 1–2+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory control
- Experience with ERP or inventory systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics preferred)
- Familiarity with warehouse documentation (POs, delivery notes, invoices)
- English level: Basic to Intermediate (Foundation / Progressive)
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude
