Role Overview
- Leading SDTM programming teams to deliver on projects.
- Interact with the customer and provide guidance / input on the SDTM requirements and queries during the conduct of the trial.
- Oversee quality and validation requirements of SDTM delivery.
- Comply with CDISC SDTM standards.
- Create or review SDTM specifications.
- Contribute to department level initiatives to improve quality and efficiency.
Requirements
- B.Sc degree in Life / Computer Science, Statistics, or equivalent.
- Minimum 6 years’ experience working as a Statistical Programmer.
- 5 years working on SDTM datasets.
- 2 years’ experience as Statistical Programmer Lead.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a statistical programming team.
- In-depth knowledge of SDTM standards.
- Strong analytical and logical abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
