Role Overview
- Execute high-volume outbound outreach (cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn) to generate qualified leads
- Identify and target companies that would benefit from SEO and digital marketing services
- Engage key decision-makers (CMOs, Founders, Marketing Managers)
- Qualify prospects based on budget, needs, and readiness to invest in SEO
- Book high-quality discovery calls for Account Executives
- Personalize messaging using insights around website performance, rankings, and traffic gaps
- Maintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Consistently hit KPIs for meetings booked and pipeline generated
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience selling SEO or digital marketing services (MANDATORY)
- Proven outbound sales experience (cold calling, email, LinkedIn outreach)
- Strong understanding of SEO concepts (keywords, rankings, backlinks, technical SEO basics)
- Experience explaining and selling SEO value propositions to clients
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Target-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs
Nice to Have:
- Experience working in an agency environment
