Build and maintain lasting, trust-based relationships with members and clients
Advise members and clients on the best strategies and work with them to identify expected outcomes
Manage business relationships and assess member/client satisfaction and service quality
Stay up to date on the financial services industry, market trends, and best practices
Participate in outreach activities and represent the caisse in the community

Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Minimum of one year of relevant experience
Mutual Fund Representative certificate — Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF)
Proficiency in French required
Knowledge of current financial, economic, political, and legislative developments
Ability to analyze individual markets, business leaders, and the caisse’s external environment
Knowledge of tax, financial, and succession/estate planning issues for individuals and business owners
Familiarity with all products and services aimed at caisse members
Knowledge of debt management
Understanding of compliance requirements for the distribution of financial products and services
Understanding of the philosophy and fundamentals of financial services cooperatives
Knowledge of policies, legislation, and standards related to the products and services offered by the caisse
