Adapt global contract templates to meet local requirements and SOPs
Develop and negotiate clinical site budgets
Negotiate contract language and budgets with investigators and institutions
Act as the main point of contact for sites on contractual and budgetary matters
Liaise with Legal as required to ensure contract integrity and compliance
Track contract status, budgets, amendments, payments, and related communications throughout the study lifecycle
Ensure contracts accurately reflect negotiated terms and are executed in a timely manner
Contribute to efficient site start-up timelines
Support internal and external audits
Ensure all finalized contracts are filed appropriately in the TMF
Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations
