Operate the Microsoft Resell & Cloud Access billing product
Lead product operations including billing accuracy, credits, refunds, and revenue visibility
Build and manage a prioritised product backlog with engineering teams
Drive automation and optimisation of billing engines and dashboards
Work closely with our AWS product manager to define and execute product backlog
Partner with Engineering, Finance, AWS, Microsoft, and Customer Success teams
Support commercial outcomes across MRR, revenue, retention, and renewals
