Root cause analysis: Analyze requirements and feature requests to understand the underlying business problems and develop solutions
Rapid analysis & prototyping: Use appropriate tools (including AI where appropriate)
Context & communication: Ensure development teams have a clear understanding of customer requirements and their practical implications
Dynamic decision-making: Adjust product direction based on data, usage insights, and customer feedback
Collaborative delivery: Work closely with Professional Services and customers to solve challenges and ensure new features deliver measurable value
Requirements
At least 4 years of experience in technical product management, as a Product Owner, or in Sales Operations within a B2B SaaS company
Demonstrable experience implementing solutions on the Salesforce platform or owning applications there
Experience in the recruitment/staffing industry or in a comparable role (e.g., Business Analyst, Sales Operations) within HR/staffing technology environments
Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform (objects, flows, APIs, AppExchange)
Practical use of AI tools to support the work
Data-driven, flexible approach to product strategy
Clear, structured communication and the ability to translate customer needs into actionable requirements
Ability to work in dynamic environments and take ownership of outcomes
