As an Expert in Consolidated Financial Reporting & Group Accounting, you are jointly responsible for the timely preparation of the monthly financial statements
You ensure that management receives sound advice on accounting-related matters
You are, or will develop into, the central point of contact for our FinRep reporting
You use your significant scope for initiative to further develop our financial reporting
You are responsible for the functional support and ongoing development of our consolidation software
In this role you ensure cross-departmental coordination, including collaboration with agile teams, to efficiently integrate new accounting and regulatory reporting requirements into existing processes
Requirements
You hold a university degree in business administration, economics or a related field and therefore bring the necessary theoretical knowledge
At least 3 years of professional experience is desirable
Proven accounting experience (HGB / IFRS), ideally gained at a bank or financial services provider, makes you an excellent candidate
Good to very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel), consolidation software solutions and SAP
You enjoy working independently and in a structured manner, are comfortable handling large data volumes, have strong analytical skills and a high process orientation
Project management experience and a team-oriented mindset complete your profile
