Support energy savings and emissions reduction initiatives through advanced engineering analysis, energy modeling, and Measurement & Verification (M&V) activities.
Lead energy audits across commercial, and institutional facilities.
Contribute to demand‑side management (DSM) programs for utility clients.
Independently perform energy audits and assessments across diverse building types.
Lead engineering studies for energy‑saving initiatives and deliver technical reports.
Calculate energy savings using standard engineering principles (including physics, mechanics, fan laws, and thermodynamics).
Analyze logged and sub‑metered energy consumption data.
Develop Measurement & Verification (M&V) plans and reports.
Conduct QA/QC reviews of engineering deliverables.
Lead client engagements and clearly communicate technical findings.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
Professional Engineer (P.Eng) designation.
4+ years of experience in energy management or a related field.
Proven experience conducting energy audits in commercial facilities.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Willingness and ability to travel for customer site visits (approximately 50%).
Measurement & Verification certification (CMVP or equivalent) preferred.
Experience in working with utility-driven energy conservation programs preferred.
Familiarity with energy data logging and sub-metering preferred.
