Project Manager (Owner's Engineer) — Energy Infrastructure – Heat Networks

Role Overview

• Lead projects that transform territories.
• Work with public and private stakeholders to design, develop, and support renewable thermal energy projects and sustainable heat networks.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Assemble and coordinate internal and external teams.
• Ensure the technical, financial, and operational management of projects from design through delivery.
• Contribute to the preparation of commercial proposals.
• Participate in producing deliverables within your area of expertise.
• Capture and share lessons learned to continuously improve our practices.
• Contribute to updating our technical and regulatory reference materials.

Requirements

• Engineering degree (or equivalent) in energy or thermal engineering.
• Proven experience with heat networks (district heating).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team while operating autonomously.
• Strong organizational skills, initiative, rigor, and a sense of responsibility.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a willingness to engage with clients and partners.
• Strong interest in quality, innovation, and proactivity.
