Enhance and optimize our existing products in C++ and C#
Develop new APIs and integrate modern AI technologies
Automate workflows using AI-powered tools
Develop strategies for AI-based solutions (e.g., MCP)
Collaborate within a Scrum team with developers, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to rapidly turn ideas into working features

You have a degree in computer science, completed vocational training as an IT specialist in application development, or an equivalent qualification
You have solid knowledge of C++ and ideally C# as well
You are an analytical thinker who enjoys solving complex problems
Interest in integrating artificial intelligence to automate design processes
You enjoy working in an agile environment and take ownership of your work
You have very good German language skills (at least C1)
Strong communication skills and enjoyment of collaborating in interdisciplinary teams
Ideally, experience in the publishing industry or with editorial/content management systems (not required)
