build a procurement capability that focuses on end-to-end category accountability for category management, sourcing, contracting, and supplier relationship management for assigned categories
support the definition and implementation of the global Single Use Technology Category strategy
work closely with stakeholders to manage discussions related to the Single Use Technology Categories
manage negotiations, supplier management activities, and stakeholder engagement activities
drive value in terms of cost savings, cash flow improvement, and other efficiency savings
use external data sources, market information, and supplier engagement to improve supply market dynamics
manage category activities to ensure compliance with appropriate GxPs and regulations
negotiate contract terms and conditions in consultation with Law department
Requirements
bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study
10 years of relevant, progressive experience in procurement
experience in Pharma/BioPharma
strong analytical and organizational skills
experienced operating with integrity, focus, and clarity in an environment of ambiguity to drive change and improvement
able to prioritize, re-prioritize as needed and adapt to change
demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
self-starter with high initiative and data-driven approach to problem-solving
