About this role
Role Overview
- Further develop our team both technically and organizationally
- Make key architecture decisions and ensure we continuously improve our development processes
- Introduce and advance AI-supported development processes (e.g., code generation, reviews, testing, deployment)
- Provide technical and disciplinary leadership for our development team
- Support architecture decisions in complex client projects
- Serve as the technical escalation point for the team
- Participate in technical workshops, concept phases and client meetings
- Further develop our development processes and optimize CI/CD, deployment and quality assurance
Requirements
- Several years of experience in software development within e-commerce
- Strong knowledge of the Shopware ecosystem (mandatory)
- Experience in the technical leadership of development teams
- Experience with modern web technologies and architectural concepts
- Interest in meaningfully integrating AI into development processes
- Strategic technology mindset and a structured way of working
- Enjoy leading teams and developing people
- Good German language skills
