Be able to communicate technical topics with both operational and technical counterparts at our customers.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Customer Success, and Engineering
advocating for the needs of our customers and the Solution Architect team; ensure customer feedback informs product evolution and roadmap priorities.
Hiring & Mentoring: Hire and onboard high-performing Solution Architects. Set them up for success through coaching and mentorship.
Champion Scalable Processes and Best Practices: Design and optimize best-practice-driven repeatable implementation frameworks, workflow discovery methodology, and technical onboarding playbooks as we scale.
Requirements
8+ years of experience in healthcare implementation or product management, including:
3+ years in customer-facing leadership roles
3
5+ years managing people
Proven track record of success in building and growing teams
Minimum of 5 years of experience integrating with enterprise EHRs (Epic, Cerner, Athena, etc.) or payers / digital health companies.
Familiarity with healthcare data and interoperability standards (such as FHIR, HL7v2, etc.).
Proven ability to cultivate strong customer relationships and deliver exemplary product support.
Demonstrated proficiency in influencing the product roadmap.
