Support Sales in executive-level value conversations
Co-create enterprise IT–OT architectures with customers
Design target architectures for software-defined automation, Physical AI integration, and scalable, multi-site operations
Align Wandelbots NOVA with enterprise IT standards, security and governance requirements, and cloud, edge, and shopfloor environments
Develop and evolve technology-agnostic capability frameworks
Lead highly interactive maturity assessment workshops with business leaders, IT architects, and OT and automation experts
Identify gaps, constraints, and transformation levers across technology, organization, governance, skills, and operating model
Design enterprise transformation roadmaps with a phased adoption approach, risk mitigation strategy, and value realization plan
Identify expansion opportunities across use cases, sites, and regions
Support Sales and Partner teams in building expansion narratives, developing business cases, and structuring long-term framework agreements

Many years strong experience as Enterprise Architect, Solution / Platform Architect, or Digital or IT–OT Transformation Architect
Proven exposure to large enterprise environments
Experience working in automation domains
Familiarity with cloud and enterprise IT architectures, OT systems and shopfloor realities, industrial robots and autonomous moving robots, and platform and ecosystem-based models
Ability to operate credibly with board-level stakeholders, CIO / CDO / CTO organizations, and OT and engineering teams
Strong facilitation and workshop leadership skills
Excellent abstraction and structuring capability
Comfortable working in ambiguity and shaping clarity
