About this role

Lead or co-lead project teams in quality management and IT projects within the manufacturing industry
Validate IT systems across enterprise, customer, production, and quality management domains
Plan and conduct internal and external audits as well as gap analyses
Ensure smooth collaboration between Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and IT
Actively support business development and client acquisition processes
Develop individual focus areas within IT compliance

Degree in engineering, computer science, medical informatics, natural sciences, or equivalent qualification
Experience in project management
Solid understanding of regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry
Knowledge of life sciences challenges, particularly compliance, digitalization, CSV (Computer System Validation), and quality management systems
Analytical and conceptual thinking with strong industry knowledge
Customer-oriented mindset
Confident communication skills in German and English
Flexibility for remote work and on-site assignments
