As a Client Operations Specialist (all genders), you ensure the smooth operation of our (funded) training programs and, together with the team, help maintain one of our most important KPIs — the participant completion rate — at a high level.
You accompany participants on their learning journeys and ensure our clients reach their training goals and have the best possible learning experience with us.
You organize training sessions and support participants throughout the entire process.
You ensure smooth processes, continuously optimize them, and prepare relevant reporting, including administrative and technical support.
You coordinate cross-departmentally (e.g., Sales, Mentoring, Content, Engineering) and act as the central communication interface for participants and stakeholders.
You support the development of new training formats and design lean, scalable workflows.
You independently take on projects, define key results, and work flexibly within changing processes.
