Oversee live systems, triage issues, and resolve bottlenecks in real-time through quantitative analysis.
Strategically distribute traffic volume across media buying teams.
Monitor pacing throughout the day to ensure all quotas are met smoothly and strategically.
Act as the glue between internal media buyers, external affiliates, vendors, and partners.
Pull daily statistics, summarize trends, and update dashboards with immaculate accuracy.
Keep tracking platforms (Everflow, iRev, etc.) and internal spreadsheets up to date.

Data Fluency: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (formulas, simple modeling).
Communication: Fluent written and verbal English; proficiency in Slack/Telegram.
Operations: Experience in fast-paced environments (Startup experience preferred).
Availability: Must be able to work 6 days/week (~9–11 hours/day) with PST/EST overlap.
Familiarity with Everflow, iRev, Ringba, Zapier, or Meta Ad Accounts.
Background in Affiliate Marketing, Lead Gen, or Media Buying.
Experience with Notion.
Previous experience managing people or vendors.
