HCLTech is seeking an experienced Functional / Business Systems Analyst with expertise in enterprise Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms. The role involves the configuration, installation, and enterprise rollout of CLM solutions, collaborating with various teams to deliver integrated contract management systems.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end functional implementation of enterprise CLM platforms such as Icertis, Ironclad, Agiloft, DocuSign CLM, LinkSquares, Sirion, and Conga
- Support installation, configuration, and customization of CLM solutions, including:
- Contract authoring workflows
- Clause libraries and templates
- Approval and obligation management
- Metadata models and reporting
- Partner with technical teams on CLM integrations with ERP and CRM platforms (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, downstream enterprise systems)
- Support data migration, contract onboarding, and system validation during CLM deployments
- Conduct requirements gathering sessions and Fit–Gap workshops with Legal, Procurement, Sales, and business stakeholders
- Document process flows, use cases, functional specifications, and CLM solution designs
- Create and maintain configuration workbooks, functional design documents, and implementation artifacts
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user journey flows for CLM user experiences
- Act as the primary liaison between business users, legal SMEs, product owners, and development teams
- Validate architecture, data models, and integration designs for clarity, scalability, security, and performance
- Support UAT execution, defect triage, and post-go-live stabilization for CLM solutions
- Maintain knowledge repositories, system documentation, and support materials to ensure ongoing compliance and operational readiness
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst / Business Systems Analyst
- Hands-on experience implementing enterprise CLM platforms, such as: Icertis, Ironclad, Agiloft, DocuSign CLM, LinkSquares, Sirion, Conga CLM
- Strong experience with requirements gathering, Fit–Gap analysis, and functional documentation
- Solid understanding of system architecture, data modeling, and enterprise integrations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage Legal, Procurement, Sales, and IT stakeholders
- Experience delivering multiple enterprise CLM implementations or rollouts
- Familiarity with contract authoring, clause management, obligation tracking, compliance, and reporting
- Experience integrating CLM platforms with SAP, Salesforce, or other CRM/ERP systems
- Background working in large, regulated, or global enterprise environments
