About this role
Role Overview
Manage bookkeeping activities including recording financial transactions, processing invoices, and performing bank reconciliations.
Maintain organized financial records and prepare accurate reports for management review.
Support administrative duties such as scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
Assist with payroll processing and compliance documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of financial operations and administrative tasks.
Contribute to process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Provide support during audits by preparing required financial documentation.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
2+ years of experience in bookkeeping and administrative roles.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
Reliability and integrity in handling confidential financial information.
