Role Overview
- Optimize client experience through connecting applications to U.S. Bank
- Guide clients in selecting preferred connectivity methods
- Coordinate activities for an optimal onboarding journey
- Serve as a single point of contact for clients launching applications
- Build positive customer relationships by ensuring service delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Typically four or more years of related experience
- Good Knowledge on API's
- Treasury API Onboarding Skills for the external organizations
- API testing thru Postman/Insomnia
- Understanding of APIGEE Management
- API technical L1/L2 support & Strong API Support troubleshooting
