Provide L1/L2 support for IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management tools including:**IBM DOORS Next, Engineering Workflow Management (EWM), Engineering Test Management (ETM), Jazz Reporting Service (JRS), ENI, Publishing, and Global Configuration (GC).
Perform incident analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution for user‑reported issues.
Manage user permissions, process configurations, and basic system administration tasks.
Support IBM ELM toolchain customizations such as: Attribute creation, Process templates, Workflow configurations, Custom dashboards and reports.
Assist in implementing enhancements based on process requirements and engineering needs.
Collaborate with process teams to understand engineering workflows and translate them into ELM configurations.
Ensure alignment of tool configurations with organizational processes and compliance requirements.
Provide basic support for IBM Rhapsody / Rhapsody SE (preferred).
Assist teams working on MBSE workflows and integrations.
Support integrations between IBM ELM and other ALM/PLM tools including:**DOORS Classic, Codebeamer, JAMA, PTC Windchill, and Polarion.
Assist in tool migration, data exchange, and interoperability activities as required.
Support report generation using JRS, Publishing tools, and customized reporting needs.
Maintain documentation for troubleshooting, configurations, and knowledge base articles.
Support engineering teams in meeting compliance standards (preferably automotive standards like ISO 26262, ASPICE).
Ensure tool configurations adhere to organizational quality policies.
Work closely with multi-functional teams including development, testing, quality, and IT infrastructure.
Clearly communicate updates, progress, and issue resolutions to stakeholders.
Requirements
Good hands-on experience with IBM ELM tools:****IBM DOORS Next, EWM, ETM, JRS, ENI, Publishing, GC.
Experience in IBM ELM customizations and process configuration.
Understanding of engineering process development within an ELM toolchain.
Knowledge or hands‑on experience with IBM Rhapsody / Rhapsody SE and MBSE concepts (preferred).
Exposure to other ALM/ELM tools such as DOORS Classic, Codebeamer, JAMA, PTC Windchill, Polarion (advantage).
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
Good verbal and written communication.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Knowledge of automotive compliance standards (preferred).
