Execute and contribute to integrated social media strategies aligned with broader B2B and B2C marketing initiatives
Manage and grow social media accounts for Product Connections, with a strong focus on audience growth, engagement, and brand awareness
Plan, build, and maintain content calendars while ensuring consistent, on-brand messaging
Define, track, and optimize key social media KPIs to measure performance and impact
Collaborate with digital, creative, multimedia, and production teams to develop compelling graphics, video, and multimedia content
Establish and maintain a distinct, professional brand voice for Product Connections and each client—aligned to brand vision and messaging
Develop platform-specific content for channels including Instagram, Reels, Stories, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest, and more
Capture and produce original photo and video content tailored to each social platform
Implement social media SEO best practices, aligning content with campaign-based keyword and SEO strategies
Monitor engagement, SEO performance, and audience behavior to continuously optimize content
Build and nurture relationships with industry professionals and influencers to strengthen brand presence
Work flexibly across environments, including the PC office, studio, and off-site locations as needed
Occasionally support social media initiatives during evenings or weekends based on campaign needs
Requirements
3+ years of professional experience in social media, marketing, communications, or a related field
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related discipline
Strong understanding of B2B and B2C marketing strategies and how social media supports broader business goals
Proven knowledge of major social media platforms and tools, including Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, X (Twitter), Pinterest, Later, Canva, and similar platforms
Experience using visual storytelling and social listening to create engaging, on-brand content
Solid understanding of social media KPIs, analytics, and performance optimization
Familiarity with social media SEO and keyword-driven content strategies
Experience conducting audience and buyer persona research to inform content decisions
Basic experience with photo editing, graphic design tools, and multimedia file management
Understanding of multimedia specifications, including aspect ratios, resolutions, and file formats
