As a key member of our building services (MEP) consultancy team, you act as the client representative on exciting large-scale projects.
You are the in-house expert and develop comprehensive commissioning strategies during the planning phase.
You provide conceptual support during the planning and construction phases with a view to the building’s eventual use and ensure the quality and functionality of the technical systems.
To ensure a smooth process, you coordinate all project participants across trades.
Organizing training sessions, acceptance tests and handovers of building services systems is also part of your responsibilities.
Requirements
You hold a degree in building automation, building services engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable qualification as a technician/master.
You have already gained three to five years of professional experience in building services (planning, site supervision or plant engineering).
You have basic knowledge of construction law and the recognized industry codes and standards.
You are interested in sustainability, optimisation potential, digitalisation and quality assurance.
Your quick grasp, coupled with analytical and systems thinking, strong communication skills and a team-oriented working style complete your profile.
You speak English and hold a valid driving licence.
