About this role
Role Overview
Independent project work including time, budget and quality management
Preparation, coordination and documentation of all certification steps
Primarily advising architects and clients on complex building projects on all questions related to the sustainability of new and existing buildings, in particular:
Development of sustainability concepts for buildings and neighborhoods
Execution of building certifications (DGNB, BNB, QNG, NaWoh, LEED, WELL)
Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) and Life Cycle Cost Analyses (LCC)
Preparation of CO2 accounts and climate protection concepts
Advice on ESG criteria / ESG assessments and on EU Taxonomy requirements
Requirements
Completed diploma or master’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline or in physics
At least 2 years of project experience in sustainable building
Training as an auditor, coordinator or AP (e.g., Accredited Professional) in one of the certification systems DGNB, BNB or LEED
Experience with LCA / LCC tools (e.g., OneClick LCA, eLCA)
Understanding of ESG reporting, the EU Taxonomy or CRREM
Knowledge of plant and building simulation (focus on dynamic energy simulation, daylight and CFD simulation, e.g., IDA ICE, EnergyPlus, TRNSYS) is an advantage
Basic knowledge of BIM (Revit, ArchiCAD) is an advantage
Proven strong German and English skills, both written and spoken
