Lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade Power BI solutions, including dashboards, semantic models, and reporting frameworks
Architect scalable data solutions and pipelines using Microsoft Fabric and Snowflake
Define and implement data modeling standards (star/snowflake schemas) and optimize performance at scale
Engage with senior stakeholders to define data strategy, KPIs, and analytics roadmaps
Own client relationships, ensuring successful delivery, value realization, and long-term partnerships
Provide thought leadership in BI, analytics, and data architecture; drive innovation and adoption of best practices
Mentor and guide teams, ensuring high-quality delivery and capability building

10+ years in Data Analytics, BI, or Data Consulting
Significant experience in client-facing leadership or consulting roles
Deep expertise in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, enterprise reporting)
Advanced proficiency in SQL and performance optimization
Strong experience with Microsoft Fabric and Snowflake
Expertise in data architecture, ETL/ELT, and scalable pipeline design
Proven track record in stakeholder management, client leadership, and consulting delivery
Strong communication and executive-level data storytelling skills
Nice to Have: Python, dbt, Azure
Experience with enterprise data strategy or large-scale transformations
Industry domain expertise (Finance, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, etc.)
