About this role
Role Overview
Own and grow a strategic Enterprise Networking & Security business with full P&L responsibility, driving profitability, partnerships, and market positioning
End-to-end responsibility for the business, requiring a holistic 360° perspective across sales, services, vendor partnerships, operations, and financial performance
Work closely with sales, technical teams, vendors, and customers to ensure sustainable, profitable growth while delivering competitive and high-quality solutions to the market
Supporting sales in strategic opportunities and proposals
Defining pricing and ensuring profitable deal structures
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key vendors
Maintaining active dialogue with customers and key stakeholders
Supporting service portfolio development and go-to-market initiatives
Requirements
Strong commercial mindset and business leadership capabilities
Proven experience managing P&L and driving profitable growth
Ability to operate with a holistic, 360° business perspective
Strong collaboration skills across sales, technical teams, and partners
Experience working with technology vendors and complex solutions
