Requirements
10+ years in service design, service strategy, or similar consulting roles
Experience designing paid consumer services, memberships, or subscription models at scale
Comfortable leading senior client relationships and navigating complex organizations
Business model thinking alongside service design craft
Sport, hospitality, events, or travel experience is a big bonus
