Board Certified Behavior Analyst, BCBA

Role Overview

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Provide direct ABA services in-home (with opportunities in school and community settings)
• Partner with families and caregivers to create consistent, effective support systems
• Coach and empower parents with practical strategies
• Track progress and adjust plans using data-driven insights
• Collaborate with your team through case consultations and meetings

Requirements

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Active BCBA certification + Virginia state licensure
• Experience with early childhood preferred
• Willingness to provide in-home services and some evening availability
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
