Keyword research & strategy: Conduct keyword and competitor research as the foundation for our content strategy
Website hygiene & monitoring: Set up and review automated sanity checks and technical crawls (e.g., Screaming Frog) to monitor website health and derive action items
Content implementation: Ensure that optimized content is published on the website both technically and editorially correctly, in collaboration with the Content team
GEO & AEO: Support us in preparing our content for Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) to maximize presence in AI-driven search results
Automation: Independently manage and further develop SEO workflows and automations using modern AI tools
International coordination: Collaborate across locations with our global teams to translate strategic directives into operational briefs and efficiently leverage local market insights
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Media Studies, Business Informatics, Marketing, or a comparable field
SEO foundation: Initial hands-on experience in SEO (agency or in-house) and a genuine interest in the dynamics of search engine optimization
Tech affinity: You are comfortable with tools and not intimidated by AI workflows; you have first-hand experience with common SEO tools (e.g., Search Console, Ahrefs, SISTRIX, Screaming Frog) and automations using LLMs, n8n, Make, or Zapier
Analytical thinking: You love data, can independently identify patterns and complex relationships, and translate them into actionable items
Modern search mindset: You follow developments in LLMs and AI-driven search
Sense for user intent: You understand not only what people search for but also why they do it
Hands-on mentality: You take projects on proactively, work solution-oriented, and keep an overview even with many simultaneous tasks
Communication & team spirit: You feel comfortable in an international environment and enjoy cross-functional collaboration with different teams
You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken. Additional languages (especially Spanish) are an advantage
