Sales Manager – Business Advisor DACH

Role Overview

• Manage the entire sales cycle without being responsible for lead generation.
• Receive warm leads that are assigned to you, engage with them, and qualify them.
• Engage with multiple stakeholders (including C-level) and gain deep insights into a wide range of industries and companies.
• Analyze the technical and functional requirements of your (potential) customers during needs assessments.
• Deliver tailored software demonstrations to customers.
• Lead commercial negotiations and generate orders.
• Manage the after-sales cycle for 6 months.
• Handover your customers to Account Management after 6 months.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, or an equivalent qualification.
• Very strong communication skills in German (C1–C2) and English.
• A highly developed commercial mindset and a strong sense of curiosity.
• Ability to build trust and generate enthusiasm.
• Creativity, a get-it-done mentality, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ideally, you already have some initial work experience.
