Act as the main point of contact for day to day operations, providing indirect leadership to project teams and managing the operational portfolio
Support offshore campaigns and jack up vessels to maintain continuous and effective operations
Shape and implement project methodologies that ensure structured, repeatable processes and drive continuous improvement in component portfolio planning and execution
Lead readiness for offshore campaigns by aligning global standards with local execution to ensure safe and effective operations
Engage senior stakeholders and suppliers to ensure governance, compliance, and high performance delivery across global and regional projects
Manage complex risk and governance frameworks while promoting cross functional collaboration and knowledge sharing across the Offshore Service function
Build capability by leveraging technical, contractual, and commercial expertise to guide teams, mentor colleagues, and strengthen organizational maturity
Requirements
Engineering degree (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or similar technical discipline)
7-10 years of project management experience, including leading large-scale, cross-functional/multi-site projects with strategic impact
Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., PRINCE2, IPMA, or equivalent)
Familiarity with quality standards and assurance practices and general HSE knowledge and awareness (e.g., WTSR, CDM, etc)
Exposure to complex governance, risk management, and contractual frameworks
Proficiency in SAP PPM, Power BI, MS Project and the Microsoft Office Suite
