Drive user adoption and change management initiatives to ensure the success of customer implementations.
Collaborate with customers to create tailored solutions that drive efficiency and business outcomes.

3-5 years in a similar role
Solid understanding of digital knowledge work tools (M365, Power Platform, AI and Copilot)
Strong customer-facing and communication skills
Proficiency in Finnish and English (both required)
A proactive approach to solving customer challenges and implementing solutions.
Interest and passion for growing your expertise or expanding your skill set into areas such as sales or delivery
