First contact, nurture and qualify leads through to handover — in close collaboration with the CEO
Further develop our sales processes and ensure a smooth sales workflow
Support the preparation of proposals, reports, presentations and sales materials
Maintain CRM (HubSpot), pipeline and forecasts
Regularly contact existing customers to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Work closely with Marketing, Customer Success and the sales team
Implement automations to make our sales team even more efficient
Prepare for trade shows, webinars and other events through research, scheduling and lead follow-up
Maintain and optimize the CEO’s LinkedIn profile

Several years of experience in inside sales or pre-sales, ideally in a B2B environment and preferably with SaaS exposure
Confident use of CRM systems such as HubSpot
Experienced in using LinkedIn for sales activities, outbound campaigns and content creation
Analytical mindset to evaluate data, support lead scoring and produce reports
A proactive, structured and solution-oriented working style and clear communication — written and verbal
Enjoy working with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success and willingness to contribute your own ideas
Excellent German and English skills
