Develop cross-channel social media strategies and implement them in regular coordination with colleagues and clients
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams from creative, media, consulting, and management — hands-on and always on equal footing
In daily social media operations you will handle editorial work, idea generation, content planning, content creation, content distribution, community management, and reporting
Stay up to date with developments in social media marketing and actively drive our clients’ social media activities forward
Manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously — from initial projects to retainer engagements
Take responsibility for agency revenues in the six-figure range
Multi-project management is second nature to you — you consistently monitor proposals, timelines, and budgets
Ensure ongoing profitability and quality of your projects and strategically develop accounts further

Completed degree (Bachelor or Master), ideally with a focus on Marketing
At least 2 years of experience in professional social media marketing — as a consultant, account manager, or project lead at an agency
Proven success in leading client projects, taking budget responsibility, and developing strategies
Experience in professional social media marketing, platform logics, tools & trends, and KPI-driven work — from Meta to LinkedIn to TikTok
Social media strategy expertise combined with a feel for brand management
Desire for responsibility, impact, personal development — and working with a strong team
Entrepreneurial thinking, empathy, and a genuine interest in digital developments
Enjoy sharing knowledge at conferences, in webinars, or similar events
Excellent communication skills in German and English — confident, clear, empathetic, and on equal terms
