Distribute journalistic content across social media platforms (Instagram, X, Facebook, LinkedIn, Threads and Bluesky);
Adapt content to the different formats and tones of each platform;
Prioritize news based on relevance, timing and engagement potential;
Monitor post performance and propose continuous improvements;
Collaborate with the newsroom to define distribution strategies;
Suggest story ideas and innovative social media formats.

Strong command of social networks and their content dynamics;
Experience using tools such as Meta Business Suite, Emplifi, Hootsuite and Canva;
Apply journalistic criteria when prioritizing news;
Ability to adapt content for multiple formats;
Previous experience in newsrooms focused on hard news;
Communicate clearly, concisely and strategically.
Use photo and video editing tools;
Propose creative and innovative solutions for content distribution;
Demonstrate critical judgment in performance analysis and trend evaluation;
Work with organization and planning in fast-paced environments;
Build strong interpersonal relationships and collaborate effectively with teams;
Show commitment to continuous learning and staying up to date on digital trends.
