Proactive social media marketing consulting for B2B and B2B2C clients
Co-development of cross-channel social media strategies
Ensuring high client satisfaction, long-term client relationships, and profitability
Responsibility for agency revenues in the mid six-figure range
Controlling financial KPIs such as margin, utilization, and contribution margin

At least 4 years of experience in professional social media marketing — as a consultant, account manager, or team/project lead at an agency
Proven success in leading teams of at least 2 people
Entrepreneurial mindset, empathy, and a genuine interest in digital developments
Understanding of the relevant financial metrics in day-to-day agency operations
Independent, organized, and self-driven working style
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
